Harshal Jain is a seasoned marketing professional with experience across several prominent companies, currently serving as Category Manager for the Personal Care portfolio at NIVEA India since July 2021. In this role, Harshal leads a team of brand managers, focusing on enhancing brand penetration in various product categories. Previously, Harshal held dual roles as Senior Manager for Corporate Communications and Group Product Marketing Manager at NIVEA India, where responsibilities included developing integrated PR campaigns and managing the female deodorants portfolio. Prior experience includes brand management at CavinKare and various managerial positions at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting and Philips Lighting. Harshal holds a PGDM in Marketing from SPJIMR and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from SRM University.
