Tiffany Finley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in music management and community development. Currently serving as the President of the Kentucky Chapter of the National Independent Venue Association since March 2024, Tiffany is also the Co-Founder of Black Mountain Management and the Manager for both Bee Taylor Music and Eric Bolander Music. As the Executive Director and President of the Master Musicians Festival since October 2009, Tiffany has successfully revitalized the event, significantly increasing attendance by 40% through strategic leadership and high-profile artist engagement. Previous roles include Local Sales Manager at iHeartMedia, Sales Representative at Cintas, and Community Development Director for Pulaski County, demonstrating a strong commitment to community enhancement and engagement. Tiffany holds an Associate of Arts degree from Somerset Community College.
