Nirali Maru, OTR/L, CAS has over 11 years of experience in the occupational therapy field. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Neuro Occupational Therapist at Lakshya Neuro Rehab, a Visiting Lecturer at Ahmedabad Institute of Medical Sciences, Lapkaman, an Occupational Therapist at Polio Foundation, a Consultant Occupational Therapist at Rajvee Ortho Spine and Child Neuro Hospital, and the Founder and Consultant Occupational Therapist at SHISHU- Child Development and Early Intervention Centre. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as an Occupational Therapist at Camden Post Acute Care Center, Campbell, CA, and an Occupational Therapist and Training Lead at Stockton Unified School District. In 2020, they founded NiV. In 2021, they became the Regional Director and Region 5 Committee for the Occupational Therapy Association of California. In 2022, they became the Educational Liaison for the Dyspraxia Foundation USA.

Nirali Maru, OTR/L, CAS holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Care Management from International Technological University (ITU) and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Nirali is also certified as a Handwriting Without Tears\u00ae Level 1 Certified Handwriting Specialist (2018), an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REGISTERED OTR\u00ae (2014) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) (2020) from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), an Occupational Therapy Autism Level I (2017) from the American Occupational Therapy Association, a Certified Driver's Rehabilitation Therapist from the All India Occupational Therapist's Association, and a Hand Splinting certification from the Department of Occupational Therapy, MCOAHS, Manipal.
