Gummadi Rajasekhar has extensive experience in leadership and business development across various organizations in the IT and outsourcing sectors. Currently serving as the Country Head and Associate Director of Sales at Nityo Infotech since February 2017, Gummadi demonstrated strong sales and operational management skills at NITCO Outsourcing Sdn Bhd as the Head of Business Services prior to this role. Previous positions include Business Unit Head at Globarena Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where Gummadi contributed to the development of e-Learning solutions, and Head of India for Multimedia Glory Sdn Bhd, overseeing IT solutions implementation for key government departments in Malaysia. Gummadi's career also includes business development roles at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn Bhd and various managerial positions at Allsoft Technologies. Gummadi holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in E-Commerce from Siva Sivani Institute of Management and Siva Sivani Public School, respectively.
