Yiling Zhang is a Senior Scientist II at Nitto Denko Technical Corporation with extensive experience in designing functional composite film coatings and developing innovative materials for various applications. Since April 2022, Yiling has focused on crafting multi-layer structures, optimizing coating techniques, and characterizing the properties of these films. Prior experience at Nitto Denko includes the development of antifouling surfaces and zeolite-based catalysts, as well as contributing to photocatalytic systems during an industry postdoctoral role. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University and several significant publications, Yiling exhibits a strong foundation in research and intellectual property development in the field of materials science.
