Rafiquel Islam has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Area Sales Manager at NITOL Motors Ltd. since August 2012, where responsibilities include supervising the sales team and motivating staff to achieve sales targets. Previously, Rafiquel held various positions at Dhaka Tobacco Industries Ltd., where execution of sales activities and territory strategy development were key functions, as well as experience as a Medical Representative at The ACME Laboratories Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Marketing from the University of Dhaka and multiple degrees in Management and Business Studies from National University, along with earlier academic achievements in science and business studies.
