Joy Mondal is an experienced professional with a background in textile technology and management. Currently serving as an Executive (ADO) at Khadi India since February 2021, Joy also holds the position of Coordinator for Team Lakshya at NITIE, starting in November 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Inspector at Excel Surveyors Pvt Ltd from February to June 2020 and an internship at Vardhman Textiles in August 2018. Joy completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai in 2022 and obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from the Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology, Serampore in 2019.
