Sheikh Ayaz Sarwar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sheikh Ayaz began their career in 2011 as an Avionics Trainee Technician at Pakistan International Airlines, where they gained practical experience and underwent training in aircraft maintenance. Sheikh Ayaz then worked as a freelance web developer before joining Ahmed E.H Jaffer Foundation as an I.T Supervisor and later as a Manager IT. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and supervising the deployment of wireless network infrastructure and managing IT equipment procurement. Sheikh Ayaz also worked as a Web Developer at iTsense, where they honed their skills in web development. Later, they joined ZEPTA Consulting and Technologies as a Software Engineer and was eventually promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they are working at Nisum as a Senior Software Engineer and has been recently promoted to the position of Principal Software Engineer. Overall, Sheikh Ayaz Sarwar has a strong background in software engineering, web development, and IT management.

Sheikh Ayaz Sarwar completed a 3-year apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with a specialization in Avionics Trade at the PIA Training Centre from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they also obtained a B2 License as an Aircraft Engineer from EASA PART-66, CAA-UK, focusing on Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician. Prior to their apprenticeship, from 2009 to 2010, they studied Pre-Engineering at Govt. Degree Science College. During the years 2006 to 2008, Sheikh attended Nasra School and pursued studies in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Additionally, Sheikh Ayaz Sarwar obtained various certifications including "Learning npm the Node Package Manager," "Programming Foundations: Conducting Code Reviews," "Learning 3D Graphics on the Web with Three.js," "Angular: Building Large Applications," "Node.js Essential Training (2019)," "Vue.js: Testing and Debugging." Furthermore, in 2011, they received training in fire fighting from PIA Corporate Safety & QA.
