Nithin Agaram began their work experience in 2010 as a System Analyst at Sonata Software, where they worked until 2013. In 2016, they joined Flexasoft as a DevOps Engineer, staying until 2017. In the same year, they also started working at Nisum, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and later becoming a Principal Software Engineer. As of June 2019, they hold the role of Senior Software Engineer II at Nisum.

Nithin Agaram received their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MADANAPALLE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCE in 2009. Nithin then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at the University of Michigan-Flint from 2013 to 2015.
