Nayeem Shaik started their work experience as a Multimedia Trainee at Opel Multimedia in January 2005. After completing their training and working on sample projects, they were promoted to the role of a trainer until November 2006. From December 2006 to September 2008, they worked as a Web Designer at Premium Web Services, focusing on user experience design and clean coding. In October 2008, Nayeem joined ProKarma as a Technical Lead, starting as a UI developer and gradually becoming a full stack UI developer with a passion for UX design. Nayeem worked at ProKarma until June 2015. Currently, Nayeem is working at Nisum as a Senior Technical Lead, joining the company in October 2018.

Nayeem Shaik has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in computers from Osmania University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their SSC degree at Vidyodaya High School. The start and end years for the secondary education are not provided.
