Hemant Namdev has several years of work experience in the IT industry. Hemant started their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in February 2012 and worked there until August 2015. After that, they joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Test Engineer in September 2015 and was later promoted to Automation Test Lead in October 2018. Hemant worked at HCL Technologies until March 2019. In 2019, Hemant joined Nisum as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to the role of Technical Lead in April 2021. Hemant is currently working at Nisum in a leadership position.

Hemant Namdev's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Govt.H,S,School Kesli Sagar and studied subjects such as Physics, Maths, Chemistry, and English. Hemant completed their studies there in 2007 but did not obtain a degree.

From 2007 to 2011, Hemant attended IPS ACADEMY in Indore where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science. Hemant successfully completed their degree at IPS ACADEMY.

In addition to their formal education, Hemant has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they achieved the Foundation Level Certificate in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.

More recently, in 2021 and 2022, Hemant obtained various certifications in different domains. These include certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Java: Testing with JUnit, Programming Foundations: Test-Driven Development, Advanced Selenium: Automation Frameworks, Agile Testing, Introducing Maven, Learning the JavaScript Language, Software Testing Foundations: Continuous Testing and DevOps, Critical Thinking from the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE) and LinkedIn, End-to-End JavaScript Testing with Cypress.io, Project Management Foundations: Requirements from the Project Management Institute and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), and Software Testing Foundations: Test Management from LinkedIn.
