Sui Yooku currently serves as the General Manager of Information Technology & Supply Chain Management at Nissin Foods since October 2022, overseeing an IT team and leading initiatives such as ERP system migration and AI application development for enhanced productivity. Previously, Sui Yooku held the position of General Manager of Procurement at Sojitz Hongkong Limited from November 2017 to October 2022, and was responsible for comprehensive accounting and financial reporting. Sui Yooku's experience at Sojitz Corporation from April 2007 to October 2022 included roles in accounting and structured finance, with responsibilities for financial statements and coordination with foreign subsidiaries. Sui Yooku holds an MBA from HKUST Business School and a BA in Economics from Temple University.
