Shay Harrell is a seasoned professional in the mining industry with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at NISS since August 2023, Shay has previously held positions such as Frontline Supervisor at Nevada Gold Mines and Lead Miner at REDPATH MINING from April 2022 to March 2023. Prior to these roles, Shay worked at Small Mine Development, LLC as a Shifter and Miner from August 2016 to April 2022, and held a Miner position at REDPATH MINING from January 2012 to August 2016.
