George Dice has over 25 years of extensive operational experience in various industries including banking, telecommunications, financial services, and utilities. Since 2008, George has held multiple senior positions at NiSource, including Vice President of Customer Care Centers and Director of Customer Contact Centers, contributing 13 years of expertise in call center management. Prior roles include Contact Center Manager at Vertex and Senior Manager of Operations at both Sitel and TeleTech, where George managed operations for notable companies such as Cox Communications, Verizon Wireless, and Bank of America. George is an alumnus of PennWest California.
