Will Raderman is a Policy Analyst at the Niskanen Center, focusing on employment and social insurance policies since December 2021. Additionally, Will serves as an Academy Member at the National Academy of Social Insurance starting in January 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Fellow at Boston University's Department of Health Law, Policy, and Management, along with organizing efforts for the Bernie Sanders For President campaign and interning at the Zephyr Teachout for Attorney General campaign, where tasks included oppositional research and policy analysis. Early professional experiences involved internships with the Westchester County Board of Legislators and Mount Auburn Cambridge Independent Practice Association, Inc., as well as research positions at The George Washington University, where Will contributed to both scientific inquiry and educational support. Will holds a Master of Science in Public Health from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from The George Washington University.
