Kristen Seals has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Kristen currently works at the Niskanen Center, where they started in 2021. Kristen holds the position of Director of Human Resources and is responsible for managing the HR department. Kristen also previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at the same company.

Prior to their role at the Niskanen Center, Kristen worked at IFM Restoration Inc. as a Risk Management Specialist from 2020 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Kristen worked at The Delta Companies as the Director of Quality Assurance & Licensing. In this role, they led the quality assurance program and implemented new standards to improve client satisfaction.

Before that, Kristen worked at Family Legacy from 2013 to 2016. Their roles at Family Legacy included Short Term Missions Associate, where they achieved financial targets through strategic marketing campaigns, and Director of Human Resources, where they collaborated with senior management to implement effective HR policies.

From 2009 to 2013, Kristen worked at Delta Flex Travelers in roles such as Credentialing Team Lead and Administrative Assistant in the Risk Management Department.

Kristen began their career as an intern at the Office of the Governor, State of Texas in 2008 and also worked as an Admissions Student Worker at Concordia University Texas from 2005 to 2007.

Kristen Seals, MPA, SHRM-CP received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and English from Concordia University Texas, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Administration at the University of North Texas, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. In July 2021, Kristen obtained certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
