Kenneth Sercy is an experienced energy policy professional currently serving as the Energy Abundance Policy Manager at the Niskanen Center since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sercy worked as an Energy Analyst at Greenlink Analytics and as an Electric Sector Consultant at Sercy Consulting, where responsibilities included expert witness services and quantitative analysis. As a Utility Regulation Specialist for the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League, Sercy developed strategies for numerous regulatory dockets focused on electric utility resource planning and renewable energy initiatives.
