Sandra Ilic is a seasoned Training Expert for Corporate Development Programs at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since November 2006, where key responsibilities include defining training plans, managing learning programs for high-potential employees, and coordinating leadership programs for senior management. Additionally, Sandra executes the end-to-end process of Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation and prepares statistical reports to assess training program effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager, Supervisor, and Trainer at Novi Sad Humanitarian Center, and a brief tenure as a Trainer for Save the Children UK. Sandra began their career as a Psychology Teacher at Grammar School "Svetozar Miletic"​ and holds a degree from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad.
