Nenad Kojadinovic has over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Nenad is currently working at NIS a.d. Novi Sad as the Head of Real Time Operation Center for Drilling & Workover operations. In this role, they are responsible for the digitalization process of the department, sector planning, organization, and management, as well as the implementation of digital transformation within the department. Their main focus is on monitoring critical operations in well construction and optimizing well operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Prior to their current role, Nenad worked at Schlumberger (D&M) / GSS for over 10 years. Nenad served as the Head of Operation in the Real Time Performance Center for Brunei Shell Petroleum and as a Well Operations Analyst / Performance Engineer for ADNOC (ZADCO) / ExxonMobil in UAE. In these roles, they conducted complex analysis of drilling data to provide recommendations for well planning and operations. Nenad also tracked key performance indicators, identified and reduced non-productive time, and delivered reports comparing multiple wells.
Throughout their career, Nenad has demonstrated expertise in drilling mechanics, drilling dynamics, wellbore stability, and hole-cleaning efficiency analysis. Nenad is experienced in real-time monitoring, surface logging, and early kick detection. Nenad has consistently shown a strong focus on optimization and efficiency in well operations.
Nenad Kojadinovic earned a B.Sc 5-year degree diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the Faculty of Mining & Geology at Belgrade University. Nenad attended the university from 1998 to 2006.
