Milica Vitošević has extensive experience at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since July 2012, serving in multiple managerial and professional roles, including Manager for monitoring of realization and integration of business development projects, Manager for foreign assets transformation control, and Expert coordinator for assets transformation. Responsibilities have included the expansion of the retail network, monitoring foreign expansion projects, analyzing legal and urban planning status for fuel stations, and optimizing documentation processes. In addition, Milica has held positions focused on normative-methodological document development and organizational analysis. Earlier experience includes a role as Vicepresident at the FON Career Center. Milica Vitošević holds a Master's degree in Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Belgrade.
