Milena Gaborov is a skilled professional in talent management and career development, currently serving as a Talent Management and Career Development Expert at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since August 2021. Previous roles include Senior Talent Management Specialist and Talent Management Specialist within the same organization, as well as a Learning & Development Specialist and Human Resources Intern at Delhaize Serbia from December 2019 to August 2021. Milena's expertise encompasses employer branding, the development of young talent programs, organizing soft skills training, succession management, and recruitment processes. Early experience includes an internship in the Human Resources department at Telekom Srbija and fieldwork at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Philosophy. Milena holds a Bachelor's degree in Ethnology and Anthropology from the University of Belgrade and a degree from the University of Singidunum in Media and Communication.
