Bozana Kontic serves as an HR Coordinator at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since May 2019, overseeing HR management support, leading HR initiatives, coordinating HR planning, and implementing organizational changes. Previously, Bozana held the position of HR Analyst & Controller, focusing on HR cost budget planning, quarterly forecasts, and analytical reporting for the Hyperion planning system. Before joining NIS, Bozana was a Trainee in financial and accounting affairs at the Institute for Nature Conservation of Vojvodina Province, where responsibilities included project implementation, public procurement, and financial reporting. Bozana holds a Master's degree in European and International Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics in Subotica.
