Helena Cleary is an experienced operations manager currently leading operations at Nirvana Spa since January 2023. Prior to this role, Helena held various management positions at The Lensbury from 2020 to 2022, including Hotel Reception Manager and Assistant Reception Manager. Helena also served as Cluster Human Resources Officer at Meliá Hotels International and Human Resources Coordinator at Devonshire Club Limited. Earlier experience includes roles at Pavilion Club as Duty Manager and Receptionist, as well as work experience in human resources at ME London Hotel and front office at DoubleTree by Hilton London - Chelsea. Helena’s career began with hospitality roles at The Grand Hotel (Eastbourne) and The Runnymede on Thames Hotel and Spa. Helena holds a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from the University of Brighton, completed in 2018.
