Jason Strohmaier serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Technology Officer at NIRSense Inc since 2019, specializing in the development of advanced wearable devices utilizing various sensing technologies. Strohmaier previously held the Chief Technology Officer position at Bionica Labs, LLC from 2018 to 2023, where Jason was instrumental in originating and managing technical projects and intellectual property across multiple health-focused startups. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Systems Engineer at the ASSIST Center, Lead Systems Engineer at Illumina and Advanced Liquid Logic, and Project Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, contributing to a range of technologies from molecular diagnostics to automotive systems. Strohmaier holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
