Sare Aysegul Gonenc is a Principal Product Designer at Niricson, with extensive experience in product design and mentorship. Since August 2023, Sare has successfully defined and delivered a data-driven MVP and currently supports cross-functional collaboration. As a Design Mentor and Coach at ADP List, Sare has established a global mentorship program, achieving notable recognition and mentoring over 1500 minutes across various countries. With a solid background leading product design initiatives in fintech and SaaS, Sare has held critical roles at ProjectMind and other companies, successfully managing entire design lifecycles and collaborating with executive teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts & Visual Communication Design and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Bahcesehir University.
