Radu Leonte has a diverse range of work experience in the field of physics and nuclear engineering. Radu started their career in 2013 as a Chemical Engineer at the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering - IFIN-HH, where they later transitioned to the role of Scientific Researcher. In January 2021, they became the Head of Production - Radiopharmaceuticals at the same institute.

In addition to their work at IFIN-HH, Radu Leonte also has teaching experience. From September 2018 to September 2021, they worked as a Lecturer at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.

Furthermore, Radu Leonte has also had the opportunity to be a Scientific Visitor at the University of Cambridge in August 2014.

Radu Leonte's education history begins with their high school diploma in Physics-Chemistry from Colegiul National Sfantul Sava Bucuresti in 1993. Following this, Radu obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the same university in 2018.

Radu has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they obtained a working license for activities in the nuclear field at level 1 from the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering - IFIN-HH. In 2014, they received certification in Production and Quality Management of Radiopharmaceuticals from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). In 2018, Radu obtained a level 2 working license for activities in the nuclear field from the National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control (CNCAN).

Currently, Radu is pursuing a CAS in Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry at ETH Zürich, with an expected completion date not specified.
