Mihaela Temelie is a Scientific Researcher III at the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering - IFIN-HH, specializing in neurobiology and radiobiology since September 2011. Mihaela has contributed to national projects and international collaborations, demonstrating expertise in the field. Previously, Mihaela engaged in a research internship at CEA, focusing on the improvement of chondrosarcoma radiotherapy through in vitro studies, and served as a research assistant at the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest, analyzing microbial-electrochemical cells for wastewater decontamination. Mihaela's educational background includes a PhD in Biology (Neurobiology) and a Master's degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from the University of Bucharest, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Physiology.
