Lisa Schellenberg is a PhD student at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research, with previous experience as a Student Ambassador at the University of Tasmania and a Teaching Assistant for a Microbiology Lab Course at Jacobs University Bremen. Lisa has completed multiple internships at the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research, gaining hands-on experience in marine research. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Marine and Antarctic Science from the University of Tasmania and a Bachelor's degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Jacobs University Bremen, complemented by an Abitur from Städtisches Gymnasium Haan - Europa Schule.
