Steve Bassler has a diverse and extensive work experience. Steve began their career at Microsoft where they held various roles, including Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Lead Online Marketing Manager, Senior Product Manager for Microsoft Office, Senior Online Marketing Manager, and Product Planner. In these roles, they were responsible for driving marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing website development, and delivering actionable insights. Steve then joined STMicroelectronics as a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs - Lead Management. Currently, they are working at Nintex as the Director of Marketing Strategy, Planning and Operations, where they have led the marketing operations and analytics team, built a high-performing team, implemented comprehensive marketing processes, developed a reporting suite, and revamped the technology stack.

Steve Bassler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Oregon State University.
