Rob Hatch started their career at Unum in 1997 as an Analyst in the IT Program Office, where they managed enterprise-level projects and provided strategic IT support to C-level executives. In 2002, they became the Director of User Experience, responsible for UI design of Unum's externally facing internet sites. In 2013, they joined Skuid, where they held various roles, including Product Management, Development Management, and Internal Solutions, Sales Tools. At Skuid, they helped companies improve their Salesforce installations with customizable UI. In 2024, Skuid was acquired by Nintex, and Rob became the Principal Product Manager for Skuid Core, now strategically aligned with Nintex in the world of Automation. Additionally, Rob has served as a Ruling Elder and clerk of session at New City Fellowship since 2001, managing session business and strategic planning.

Rob Hatch received their College Prep Diploma from Alliance Academy from 1975 to 1987. Rob then earned a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Wheaton College between 1989 and 1991. Finally, they completed their Masters in English Composition and Rhetoric at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1995 to 1997.
