Patrick Nguyen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Media Services Technician at OIT- Academic Digital Media. In 2012, they interned as a Quality Assurance/Project Management and Technical Business Analyst at Bank of Oklahoma. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Manager and later as the Head Music Director at WVFI Radio. In 2013, they served as a Resident Assistant at the University of Notre Dame. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Bank of Oklahoma as a Business Analyst II. In 2015, Patrick joined Nintex, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Technical Program Manager, and currently serves as the Lead Process Automation Engineer.

Patrick Nguyen received a BA in Information Technology Management and Film from the University of Notre Dame in 2014. Patrick also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Information Technology Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in the same year. In 2017, they earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Patrick has obtained various certifications related to project management and leadership from LinkedIn, including Agile Project Management, Technical Program Management, High-Performance Teams, Change Management, Communication within Teams, Data Analytics for Business Professionals, Influencing Others, Leadership Foundations, Managing Resources Across Project Teams, Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals, Agile Development Practices, Managing Time-Constrained Projects with Microsoft Project, Project Management: Preventing Scope Creep, Agile Foundations, Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project, and Project Management: Technical Projects. In 2020, they also received the CompTIA Project+ Certification.
