Kartik Raghupati has a strong background in pricing and analytics, with extensive experience in this field. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Business Process Consultant/Quality Engineer at Appian Corporation for four years. In 2010, they interned as a Strategy Consultant at Building Goodness Foundation. Kartik then joined Capital One in 2011 as a Business Analysis Manager for marketing, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, Kartik worked at PayPal, holding various roles including Senior Director of Pricing Analytics and Senior Manager of NA Small Biz Analytics. During their time at PayPal, they made significant contributions such as co-authoring a company-wide Pricing Playbook and leading the overhaul of US SMB headline pricing, unlocking over $300M in revenue. In 2019, Kartik joined Nintex as a VP of Pricing, Data, and Analytics, where they currently hold a leadership position.
Kartik Raghupati holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2004 to 2005. Kartik also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, Kartik has obtained certifications in "Big Data and Hadoop Essentials" from Udemy in 2015 and "Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals" from Coursera (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) in 2015.
