Victor Guerrero has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on channel and alliances management. Victor currently holds the position of Director of Channel and Alliances, APAC at NinjaOne, a centralized IT management tool company. Prior to this, they served as Director of Alliances at Orro Group, a digital infrastructure provider. Victor also held various roles at CustomTec, including Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales and Marketing. Earlier in their career, they worked in management consulting, start-up ventures, and served as CEO of epay Australia. Victor has also worked at companies such as Dimension Data, D-Link Australia, GN Netcom, Chilli Internet, and Adobe, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, and alliances management.

Victor Guerrero completed their Mini MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Australian Institute of Management in 2001. Prior to that, they attended Newington College from 1977 to 1989 where they obtained their HSC degree. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as Hybrid IT Solution, Storage Sales, and Security Sales from institutions like HPE, Pure Storage, Palo Alto Networks, Veeam Software, Telstra, and Citrix.
