Ethan Desmond has been with NinjaOne since June 2017, where currently serves as the Professional Services Lead, focusing on the implementation and establishment of professional services standards. Previously held positions at NinjaOne include Channel Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer Manager, and Corp IT Sales Engineer Team Lead, among others, gaining extensive experience in support engineering and product training. Prior to joining NinjaOne, Ethan worked at Zelisā„¢ Payments as an IT Support Specialist, providing comprehensive support for both in-house and remote employees. Ethan holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Tarpon Springs High School and pursued further education at St. Petersburg College from 2012 to 2016.
