Joanna Mleczak possesses extensive experience in fund operations and project management, currently serving in a leadership role at Ninety One since August 2015. Prior to this, Joanna worked at IFDS as a TA Associate in the Registration Team, where responsibilities included AML review, shareholder account management, and client relationship development. Previous roles at Citi and Citibank involved significant responsibilities in securities settlement and hedge fund accounting, including cash reconciliation and trade input. Joanna holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Dublin Business School and has further qualifications from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.
