Natalie Hurst has a varied work experience. From 2009 to 2017 they were a full time mum. In 2011 they worked as an Events Assistant for CILT, and as a Business Development Executive for the Chartered Management Institute. In 2010 they worked as a Permanents Consultant for Joda Recruitment. From 2014 to 2016 they worked as a Business Developer for Marler Haley and an Independent Arbonne Consultant for Arbonne International. In 2016 they worked as a Business Development for Nimlok and in 2017 they worked as a Sales Support for Nimlok. In 2016 they also began working as a Senior Lunchtime Supervisor for Freeman's Endowed Church of England Junior Academy. Finally, since 2014 they have been a Property Investor in Training.

Natalie Hurst began their educational journey in 1988 when they attended Akeley Wood and completed their GCSEs. Natalie then moved on to Northampton College of Further Education, where they studied English Literature (British and Commonwealth) and obtained their A Levels in 1995. In 2016, they completed a Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from an online course.
