Nimble is looking for an experienced CPG Sales Professional to bring in critical, big-deal CPG advertising partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working in CPG sales, and will succeed on a driven, fast-paced startup team. This person will work directly with our CEO and leadership team.

They will play a meaningful role as they connect with prospective CPG clients to expand Nimble’s footprint in order to help us achieve our next stage of growth.

You will:

  • Analyze, develop, and execute CPG sales goals and action plans
  • Research and contact new potential CPG clients to establish rapport
  • Identify and prospect opportunities to introduce Nimble and its mission to new potential clients and to propose business deals and partnerships
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of Nimble’s platform in driving business outcomes
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
  • Use exceptional negotiation skills to close high-stakes deals

What you bring:

  • Proven track record of success working in a B2B or CPG sales role
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA optional
  • 8-10+ years in successful CPG sales strategy during a rapid sales growth period
  • A compassionate, consultative, and confident approach to selling
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, pivot with shifting priorities, and be proactive
