Ryan Clark has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific field. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Scientist at Nimble Therapeutics. From 2014-2021, they were a WARF Ambassador at the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation. In 2012, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they developed experimental methods and modeling approaches for complex microbial communities. Ryan also worked as a Science and Technology Intern at Owens Corning in 2012. In 2009, they were an Undergraduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University, working on projects related to selective catalytic reduction of NOx and a Ceria morphology experiment for the International Space Station Cube Lab. In 2008, they were a Chemical and Environmental Engineering Scholar at Cintas.
Ryan Clark began their educational journey at The Ohio State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in 2012. Ryan then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they completed in 2017.
