Quintin Nel has over a decade of experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Executive and Business Excellence Manager at Nimble Group (Pty) Ltd since November 2012. In these roles, Quintin manages projects aimed at improving process metrics and achieving financial objectives, spearheads digital transformation initiatives for call center communication, and leads the development of digital operations strategy.
