Richika Dogra has a strong background in quality assurance, with experience working in various roles and companies. RICHIKA is currently employed as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Nimble Approach since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Truepill starting in January 2022. RICHIKA also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Truepill from July 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Truepill, Richika worked as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at On the Beach from April 2016 to July 2020. RICHIKA was previously employed as a QA Engineer at Citruss TV from August 2014 to December 2015. RICHIKA'searlier experience includes working as a Software Test Engineer at SM NetServ Technologies from September 2013 to February 2014, a Quality Assurance Engineer at Indium Software from August 2012 to September 2013, and a Quality Assurance Analyst at Seasia Infotech from June 2010 to April 2012.

Richika Dogra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St Bede's College from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Science at IET Bhaddal, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010.
