Muhammad Kamran has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and database management. Muhammad most recently worked as a Lead Data Engineer / Azure Devops Consultant at Nimble Approach in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Consultant Data Engineer at Computershare from 2020 to 2021. Muhammad also worked as a Senior SQL Developer / DBA / ETL Contractor at cap hpi from 2017 to 2020, and as a Senior SQL DBA / Developer / ETL Contractor at The Test Factory in 2016. Muhammad also has experience as a Business Intelligence Developer at Hallmark Cards in 2016. Muhammad began their career at TransUnion UK in 2008, where they held positions as a Senior Engineer - DBA - Dev Database and Senior Engineer - Database until 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a SQL DBA / VB6 Programmer at Software Centre Islamabad from 2001 to 2004.

Muhammad Kamran obtained their Master of Commercial Computing degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Gloucestershire from 2006 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various Microsoft certifications including Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, MCSE: Developing Microsoft SQL Server Databases, MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Database Development, and MCTS: SQL Server 2005. Muhammad also holds certifications such as Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Maintenance and Implementation Certification, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Database Developer Certification, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Microsoft Certifies Solution Associate, and Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Microsoft Certifies Solution Associate.
