William Yuan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing global infrastructure and standard IT systems. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist at Nilfisk since February 2017, William oversees operations across the APAC region. Prior roles include Infrastructure Consultant at Nilfisk and IT Officer at Haneco Lighting Australia, where responsibilities encompassed the entire IT infrastructure. William's earlier experience at Nilfisk from 2011 to 2016 involved incident and problem management and participation in major infrastructure projects. Previous to these roles, William worked as a Network Engineer at Intel Corporation, focusing on LAN/WLAN management and telecom systems. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, earned from 2000 to 2004.
