Subsequently, they became the National Sales Manager, Strategic Business, leading sales teams in key markets, implementing indirect sales strategies, and strengthening the overall dealer network. Rachel worked closely with the executive management team to improve the go-to-market strategy and develop the US market.
Rachel'snext position was as the Regional Director of Sales, East, where they successfully managed the sales activities and professional development of the Eastern Region sales team to support the growth of Nilfisk's Industrial Vacuum business. Rachel was also a key member of the Leadership Management Team and worked closely with executive management on business strategy and development.
Rachel then became the Vice President of Sales, Northeast, where they further expanded their leadership responsibilities. Rachel led the sales efforts in the region and made significant contributions to the company's growth.
Currently, Rachel holds the position of Vice President of Sales, Strategic Accounts at Nilfisk, where they are responsible for overseeing the strategic accounts sales and driving revenue growth.
