Ildikó Bodó has extensive work experience in IT service management and customer experience. Ildikó currently works at Nilfisk as the Global Head of IT User Support Services. Prior to this, they held the role of IT Service Delivery Manager at Nilfisk. Ildikó also had experience at Wise as the Head of Global Service Delivery.
