Alisha Mohanty is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently employed at Nilenso Software since October 2021, Alisha contributes to the development of a Document Management and Workflow tool, leveraging expertise in Azure PAAS and AngularJS. Previously, Alisha held positions as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture and a Frontend Developer at uncopied.art, where the website uncopied.org was designed in NextJS. Alisha has a background in mentoring, having supported junior developers at Zairza and guided students through coding initiatives as a mentor for GirlScript Summer of Code and Google Code-in. Alisha also completed an Outreachy internship with the Fedora Project, enhancing UI and backend functionality. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Odisha University of Technology and Research.
