Steve Zorra has extensive experience in IT and operations management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of SaaS Operations and Delivery at CA since 2008, Steve also holds the position of SR. Systems Administrator at Niku/CA since 2006, and has been with Computer Associates as a System Administrator since May 2004. Prior to these roles, Steve worked as a Desktop/Systems Administrator at eGain Communications from 2000 to 2004.
