Yuliya Miazhevich is an experienced IT recruiter at Nitka since March 2022, specializing in recruitment, executive search, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels. Yuliya has developed a talent pool in advance of needs, managed HR files, interviewed international candidates, and facilitated the onboarding process. Prior to this role, Yuliya served as an English translator at ТЧУП "ФАМ," providing oral and written translations and coordinating business communications. Yuliya also worked as an economist in Danone’s product sales department and as a translator for The Guild of Professional Translators, handling various documentation. Additionally, Yuliya gained experience in customer relationship management at ЗАО Банк ВТБ (Беларусь), focusing on client segmentation and support. Yuliya holds a degree from Minsk State Linguistic University.
