Ryan McKellips is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical and healthcare recruitment. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Nikola Motor Company since December 2020, Ryan leads a team of five recruiters and has successfully hired over 100 employees in various engineering roles, including international recruitment in Germany. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Recruiter at Nikola Motor Company, where Ryan built a talent pipeline and collaborated with engineering leaders, and Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Acclivity Healthcare. Additional experience includes work at Joseph David International, TruPath, and various coaching positions in soccer, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills. Ryan holds a degree from Bethel University.
