Les Seagraves is an accomplished legal and regulatory compliance professional with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at Nikola Motor Company since November 2020, Seagraves previously held positions as Regulatory Compliance Counsel at Proterra Inc and Vice President & General Counsel at Autonomous Fusion, where oversight of safety and regulatory requirements for an Autonomous Vehicle Program was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Wheego Technologies, Inc. and Wheego Electric Cars, Inc., focusing on regulatory compliance and product development. Seagraves's career also encompasses significant contributions to EarthLink, Inc. as VP and Chief Privacy Officer, and a foundational role at MindSpring Enterprises, managing web design and customer service departments.
