Peter Van Damme is currently the Manager Operations Technical Support at Niko, where Peter coaches maintenance, tool room, and mould engineering teams to support production, new projects, and innovations. Prior to this, Peter worked as a Sr. Project Coordinator Worldwide at Tupperware General Services, Managing Director at PVD Engineering, Tooling & Technology Manager at Quadrant CMS Erta, and in various roles within the plastic injection moulding industry. Peter has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical for Plastics and has completed additional education in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and simulation software. Their extensive experience in mould design and project management make him a valuable asset to any organization.
